Hold the shutter (or Space) to record, or tap it once and tap again to stop. It starts after a 3-second countdown. Then move a light (a phone flashlight works) in front of the camera.

Hold the shutter (or Space) to record, or tap it once and tap again to stop. Keep this tab in view while recording: it only collects frames while it’s showing. Two windows side by side work well.

Drag the red line (or drag along the clip picture) to the moment to start, then hold the shutter, or Space, to record: the film plays while you hold. Tap it once instead to record until you tap again. The white tabs then show what you recorded; drag them to fine-tune. I and O set the tabs at the red line. Pinch the timeline to zoom.
